Eatly, T1 and the U1 Series.
Synthra Robotics builds hospitality AI in three steps. Eatly puts an AI ordering assistant on the guest’s phone. T1, in development, puts an assistant on every table. The U1 Series puts autonomous robots on the floor. All three run on the same Synthra intelligence platform, so a restaurant can start small and add the next step later.
What does Synthra make for restaurants?
One intelligence, three ways to meet guests. Eatly is AI ordering on the guest’s phone, T1 is an assistant on the table (in development), and the U1 Series puts autonomous robots on the floor. Each step adds to the last instead of replacing it, so a restaurant grows into the next one.
Eatly
AI ordering and restaurant management: guests scan the table’s QR code, ask an AI about the menu, customize and order, and staff approve every order on one dashboard.
T1
A tabletop AI assistant, with or without a display, that stays at every table: take orders by voice, answer questions during the meal, and set the mood.
U1 Series
Autonomous service robots (U1e, U1 and U1 Max) that take orders conversationally, navigate a live dining room and deliver to the right table.
Where should a restaurant start?
Start where the need is. A café or small dining room starts with Eatly and needs no hardware at the table. Restaurants that want an assistant at every table can register for T1. Venues ready for robots on the floor choose from the U1 Series. Each step can be added later.
A café or a single dining room
Start with Eatly: guests order from their phone, staff approve on one screen, nothing to install at the table.
Tables that should feel looked after all meal
T1 keeps an assistant on every table, for orders, questions and the mood. In development.
Service at scale on the floor
U1e, U1 and U1 Max carry orders through a live room, from cafés to hotels and food halls.
Questions about Synthra’s products
What products does Synthra Robotics make?
Three product lines for restaurants and hospitality: Eatly, an AI ordering and restaurant management system on the guest’s phone; T1, a tabletop AI assistant in development; and the U1 Series of autonomous service robots: U1e, U1 and U1 Max. Synthra also does robotics research and builds custom robotic systems.
Can a small restaurant use Synthra without buying robots?
Yes. Eatly needs no robots or hardware at the table: guests use their own phones and staff use one screen. That is the point of the three steps: every restaurant can have AI service, and robots are an option, not a requirement.
Do Eatly, T1 and the U1 robots work together?
They are built as one ecosystem on the same Synthra intelligence platform, which understands the restaurant’s menu, dietary information and orders. A restaurant can begin with Eatly and add T1 or U1 robots later without starting over.
